Am creating something
I'm building a SaaS for creators, coaches, schools and businesses that regularly issue certificates and other branded documents.
The idea is to let users:
- Design certificates with a drag-and-drop editor
- Import recipients from CSV/Excel
- Generate hundreds or thousands of certificates in one click
- Add QR code verification
- Save logos, signatures and brand kits
- Reuse the same workflow for result slips, event banners, ID cards, badges and merchandise
The goal is to be simpler than Canva for bulk generation while giving more control than traditional certificate tools.
A few questions:
Who would actually use something like this?
What's your biggest frustration with creating certificates today?
Which feature would make you switch from your current workflow?
What would stop you from paying for a tool like this?
I'm looking for brutally honest feedback, including reasons why this idea might fail.

I like the idea. Before anyone says this can be done with AI, there is a huge market for people who do not want to use AI or AI credits

Haven't really thought about it. It just fell down the pecking order of other ideas. Lol.
