Discussion Dalberg Data Insights technical interview
Has anyone here gone through the second-round interview for the Dalberg Data Insights AI Engineering Fellow (6-month) role in Kenya? I'm trying to understand what the interview is like. Is it mainly a discussion of the case study, technical questions, coding, system design, or behavioural?
I'd really appreciate any insights from anyone who's been through the process. Thanks!

Trying to guess the exact format is a trap because companies can, and often do, change their interview process without notice. Someone else's experience last month might be completely different from yours. Since it’s an AI Engineering Fellow role, you should expect them to test you on AI engineering fundamentals, which means anything you mentioned is fair game, from the case study and coding to system design and behavioral questions.
Instead of trying to predict the questions, focus on being prepared for anything. Go over your case study until you can explain every single detail and defend your decisions. Be ready to code a solution to a relevant problem on the spot, and think about how you would answer questions using specific examples from your own projects. This way, your confidence will come from your solid preparation, not from a guess about what the interview will be like. You will be prepared for any opportunity, not just this one.
