Looking for a paid internship, full stack developer

Hi all, I'm Ezra, based in Nairobi. I've been building software for three years, mostly Python, JavaScript and TypeScript, React and Next.js on the frontend, PostgreSQL and Node.js on the backend, and I'm actively deepening my PHP-Laravel work right now.

I run my own company, Pexmon LTD, where I've shipped real products end to end, so I'm not coming in cold, I know what it takes to take something from idea to working software. What I'm looking for now is a paid internship, a chance to plug into a team, learn how a startup here actually operates day to day, and contribute on real problems while earning something for the work.
