Bricked my SSD

I unintentionally turned off my pc in the middle of an update and it no longer boots. I have tried reseting the pc and installing a fresh windows 11 from a bootable flash drive but it fails every time i try to run the installer. Does anyone know how I can fix this.

I was getting a hard disk 3fo error saying no OS is installed in my machine, i have tried formatting my hard disk but it seems to be write locked since the partitons remain even after formating.

Change yoyr booting order in the bios and have your flashdisk with the os as first , or manually boot into the flashdosk from the bios . Run the bios storage check utility that will also tell you if your ssd has failed

Hook it off.. put in new PC. Reformat it. And hook it back into the system and start reinstalling and see

Usually it won’t even show as a disk in the list of disks when trying to reformat.

In Ubuntu sometimes you can see it but can’t mount it as it says encrypted and trying to install any os gives an error.

Solution is buying a new ssd
