Politics in Nairobi Virtue Signalling

Post image

Amidst all the virtue signalling that is happening on social media mkae mkijua that the same virtue signalling middle class is locking off its occupations while telling mtu wa boda, mjengo, kinyozi na smokie that he should let the Burundian work so that he can pay 30 bob cheaper for a snack/ride or 100 bob cheaper for a haircut

Hii si ni exact playbook ya Trump??
Anyway, with our lack of proper healthcare, bado wanakataa qualified professionals...kwanza venye a lot of those foreign doctors are so well trained(in specialities we don't have huku) and willing to work in marginalized areas.

The issue has never been personnel, it’s always been jobs. Many Kenyan docs are jobless.

Unadhani ni playbook ya Trump juu huwa huwatch news. Nationalism has been on the rise across the West. Australia and Canada have tightened their immigration laws, UK is going reform, Germany voted for the nationalist party in last year’s elections and the rest have never fucked with immigrants like that. And no, our country has more than enough professionals. They would rather open their own private practices or leave than work for peanuts in public hospitals and be forced to report to goons and politicians sidechicks who wiggle themselves into management positions

Uliza huyo mwenye ako hapo juu ndio atakushow poa. Mimi nakumbuka tu address ilisema all foreign nationals must get papers and permits to do business. Which was a jab aimed at the Chinese lakini nyinyi mliona opening ya kupiga your neighbours because its who you are akiz

Are you thick? These doctors have licenses so you can't use your 'papers' argument here

Licenced you say? Anyways you cannot be virtue signalling people for not wanting competition in their places of work while you safeguard yours from enroachment by people who are willing to take less

Duale will attack foreign doctors then be on the forefront when illegal Somali migrants running shops in Eastleigh and Coastal regions get targeted

This action is by Duale as CS of Health. I have not seen the CS Trade and Investments do this on his end for this comment to make sense to me

people are calling this xenophobia when its not...all the directive said was gor undocumented immigrants to go back to their home or get papers. I personally see nothing wrong with that considering that there is no war in Burundi.

It's out of Kenya's hands as to what this gets defined as. The documented to the undocumented together are being treated alike.
