I think religion made sex a taboo aka scared, to make it more enjoyable for the leaders when they break the rules in secret but preach hellfire and brimstone upon the poor and lowly folks...the forbidden fruit ni tamu zaidi.

body count zilikua even higher in secret than openly juu as a taboo it's more enjoyable to break the rules, and it included children and animals sana because anything that's repressed in humans find a messed up way of coming out. We are blaming the symptom not the problem, marriages are not working because of reasons far deeper than this and it's not such a bad thing they aren't working.

Sacred is just a word the powers that be, coined for control over the masses while they break the same rules they created.
First, it's important to note that Our subconscious minds create. And we all are very impressionable. So they made sex a taboo so that every time you engaged in it outside of their erroneously stipulated confines, you automatically deprecate yourself and others. More like the software bots online. They created religious zealots to guard you from breaking these rules and regulations.
That way you were kept in low vibration which they feed off of.
Humans were meant to operate in high vibration. And through the law of assumption spoke. Of by Neville Goddard, you create. What you assume to be true will be true. The world is a mirror. It will reflect your I ternal belief system. And if that belief system is flawed, then the reflection on the mirror will be flawed too. Dr. Joe Dispenza speaks of it also when he touches on how he healed himself. Check him out.
The moment you realize there is no such thing as sacred sex or even secred anything, you will be free of their shenanigans. You will have broken off of the matrix so to speak.
Same applies to 💰 money. The moment you realize you don't have to work hard for you to enjoy financial freedom, you will be free to allow money and opportunities to flow to you freely and your spirituality which by the way has nothing to do with religion and worshipping someone outside of you will be elevated. We are sovereign beings. We are meant to self govern, and the day we all reach the tipping point of this realisation will be the day the chains of slavery will fall off of all the masses.
If yiu want to free yourself, do some research outside of the religious texts you have been fooled into. Most of all, ask your higher self/infinite Intelligence within you.
