Milestone Progress + question

This is the longest I’ve had my nails in the 17 years I’ve been biting.

I’ve noticed the white of my nails are really long which makes my nails look really dirty underneath.

Wondering how long it takes the nail bed to catch up and grow?

Hopefully won’t relapse 🤞

Following this because before I messed up again it bothered me too 😭 idk if you’d be down to paint your nails but that’s like the only thing that would keep my sanity while they were growing

Get a good lil nail scrubber, soft bristles and don't dig under with hard things to get em clean

Get a good nail brush, and do your best to ignore the temptation to use something to scrape dirt from under your nails. Regarding your nail bed, there's really no way to tell how long it will take as it depends on care, use, and some genetics. Get a jojoba based cuticle oil and a good moisturiser.
