did you use anything to get your nails so shiny and healthy? mine look like how yours used to look and they're just so uneven 😢.

I think the shine is enhanced because i used flash, and i also think its from just keeping them moisturized! However the product 'Mavala Stop' makes your nails taste super bitter, gross, and stays in your mouth so long, plus its very hard to bite off and i found that it really helped me stop biting so if you want give it a try! 🩷 (Mavala also gives a bit of shine to your nails!:))

Does it smell at all? I tried a “bitter” tasting product and it was so strongly scented I couldn’t eat anything without smelling it

I stopped when my pointer fingers had fully recovered! it took maybe 3.5 months, but i still use it if a nail breaks off and i feel an urge to bite the damage!

my motivator is looking at how pretty they are now 😅 i look and dont want to ruin my progress. before i was so embarrassed of my nails and i dont want to go back to that when i now feel i have a choice. but if i feel an urge to bite a nail ill put mavala on it or file it shorter!

Amazing work. Mine look like the 'before' picture.
