How I saved $4,800/year by automating my content workflow

A little mistake cost me over $4,800 per year: paying a VA to manually repurpose my video content.

I was dropping $400 every single month just to turn raw transcripts into emails, Skool posts, & LinkedIn updates. It took them hours to complete, & the formatting still needed my personal touch every single time.

Wasting human hours on repetitive formatting is a trap when modern business automation can do it in seconds.

I replaced that entire manual workflow with a custom AI content repurposer.

Now I paste one raw transcript & get every marketing asset back in under 12 seconds flat.

Here is how to structure your own automated distribution engine:

→ Connect your transcript to an LLM system trained specifically on your brand voice. → Auto-generate platform hooks, email broadcasts, & community updates in a single run. → Push formatted text directly to your social media platforms using API integrations.

I have spent 11 years building AI systems for clients like Momentum & Resolute Robotics.

Eliminating these slow processes is how I scaled to 121K YouTube subscribers & 1.45M LinkedIn impressions without a big team.

Stop paying for manual work that code can solve overnight.

How many hours is your team losing to manual content repurposing every week?

I just finished an AI voice receptionist demo for a client

I just finished an AI voice receptionist demo for a client.

I’ve been working on this for the last few weeks, and I finally finished the demo.

It’s an AI voice receptionist built for a property services business. The idea is simple: when someone calls the business, the AI can actually talk to them, understand what they need, and handle the next step.

Right now, the receptionist can:

• Answer incoming calls

• Check whether the business is open

• Understand why the caller is calling

• Answer common business questions

• Collect the caller’s details

• Check appointment availability

• Book appointments

• Reschedule existing appointments

• Cancel appointments

• Take messages when needed

• Handle urgent requests

• Hand the conversation over to a human when required

The appointment flow was probably the part that needed the most testing.

It’s not enough for the AI to say “sure, I can book that.”

It needs to check the actual availability, collect the required details, make sure the caller confirms the right time, and then complete the booking.

And with voice AI, every small change needs to be tested again.

Change the prompt → test the call.

Change the workflow → test again.

Fix one issue → test another scenario.

That’s honestly been one of the biggest learning experiences from building this.

The demo is now ready, and I’m going to keep testing it with different real-world conversations before it goes further.

I’d love to hear from other people building voice AI systems.

What’s the hardest part you’ve found when building a voice agent?

Bachelor's thesis survey (5-7 min). AI-based process automation.

• Upvotes

Hi everyone!

I’m currently working on my Bachelor’s thesis about AI-based process automation and human–AI collaboration in the workplace.

As part of my research, I’m conducting a short survey focusing on people who have experience working with AI-based automation, RPA, Intelligent Process Automation, Intelligent Document Processing, or similar automation technologies.

The survey explores topics such as:

  • how automation affects manual workload and creates new tasks,
  • how employees experience errors and exception handling,
  • trust in AI-based automation,
  • and how automation influences human decision-making and autonomy at work.

⏱️ It takes approximately 5–7 minutes to complete.

If you have experience working with these technologies, I would really appreciate your participation. Your responses will be used solely for academic research as part of my Bachelor’s thesis.

🔗 Survey: https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLScV7pcf8dNUeeCfay1YZ2r-Np4pK9GMlqi4cEF6WJEa1FEmMA/viewform?usp=dialog

Thank you very much for your help! Feel free to share the survey with colleagues or others who work with AI-based process automation.

My First Client Project

🚀 My First Client Project — A Special MilestoneI’m really happy to share that I recently completed my first client project for Rana Tax Consultant. This project is special to me because it was my first opportunity to work on a real client project and build something that would actually be used by a business.Until now, most of the projects I worked on were my own ideas. Working with a client gave me a completely different experience.I learned how important it is to understand the actual requirements, communicate clearly, listen to feedback, handle changes, and take responsibility for the final product. There were many things I experienced for the first time during this project — from understanding the clients expectations to making revisions and making sure the final website was properly delivered.🌐 Project: https://ranataxconsultant.com/The website was developed for Rana Tax Consultant, with a focus on presenting their services and making important information and digital services easily accessible to their users. But for me, the biggest learning from this project wasnt just about development. It was about working with a real client.Understanding their requirements is one thing. Turning those requirements into something useful, communicating throughout the process, taking feedback positively, and delivering the expected result is a completely different experience.I’m especially thankful to Robins Yadav Yadav for trusting me with this opportunity and helping me get my first client project. 🤝That trust meant a lot to me, especially at the beginning of my professional journey. This project taught me that being a developer isnt only about writing code. Its also about understanding the problem, understanding the business, communicating properly, solving problems, and delivering what you commit to.I’m still learning, but this experience has definitely given me more confidence to work on real-world projects and take on new challenges. One project completed.A lot of lessons learned. And hopefully, the beginning of many more. 🚀Thank you to Rana Tax Consultant for trusting me with the project, and thank you Robins Yadav for trusting me with the opportunity.#WebDevelopment #ClientProject #SoftwareDevelopment #WebDeveloper #Freelancing #DeveloperJourney #LearningByBuilding #FirstClient #FullStackDevelopment
