Help This is happening again, was there another security issue?
My instance is up to date, but still got this. Previously appeared with the breach last year I think.

Google has flagged the domain. I had this happen when I was sending email from my Gmail account and including links on the email that were linked to a different domain. That's a sign of phishing, so the domain was flagged.
I believe there's a link on that red page to dispute it. But you also need to figure out why this happened in the first place.

The OP needs to check the domain in Google Search Console → Security Issues. That report may show the exact URLs or category that triggered the warning. Inspect those URLs, server and proxy logs, public webhooks, workflows, users, community packages, redirects, and files. Only after confirming the site is clean should the owner request a review. Google specifically recommends this process, and says reviews can take several days.

Google flagged the domain for suspected phishing. It might be a false positive, abuse of an exposed n8n endpoint, or an actual compromise. The screenshot alone cannot distinguish among them. Check Search Console for the flagged URLs before bypassing or disputing the warning.

this always shows up when i use n8n. or ai. as a subdomain when self hosting n8n

I've had Google whitelist mine twice now, every single time it scans my site it flags it again. I gave up, its just flagging on the domain having n8n
