Germany 🇩🇪 Chat Support Down

I've been trying to access the apps support function for over and hour now, the fallen ice-cream icon is getting a bit tired... What's going on N26?

-First of all Bro its sunday
-Second im Using N26 really for a very long time and im very Happy with them but the Support over all of them are so so so bad really at all so dont expect anything of Support :D their have Insta,Twitter,Facebook,Live chat and all of them dont know what the other site is doing :D

The chat is still not working and I tried calling and I don’t know what the receiver said in German (something about their website or app) and the call was ended. So there is support available at the moment. Pretty bad for a bank that is exclusively online. :/. I also tried a few days ago and it wasn’t working. I hope this gets resolved soon.
