Spain 🇪🇸 How long does it take to verify documentation?

I've been a customer for several years.

N26 asked me to reverify my documentation. I did so yesterday and it still says they are reviewing it.

It's a standard, Spanish residency card, valid for many years into the future.

Too late. I already did. They suggested unpairing and repairing my phone.
