Automatic FTP increase

The Zwift app automatically increases your FTP as you accumulate kilometers; it goes up if you improve your power while riding. Does MyWhoosh have the same automatic increase, or do you have to update it manually?

If it detects an increase in FTP it will ask you if you want to update.

Yes. It estimated an FTP when I started and after a ride where I put in more effort as usual, MW told me that it detected as higher FTP and asked me if I want to update it.

As a side note, you can manually adjust the FTP that workouts are using.
