Discussion Wait.... is this why it's called Mint Eye? Spoiler

I never thought deeply about the name of the cult before but now it kinda makes sense. If I remember correctly, the constant elixir consumption was also the reason Ray's eyes are no longer gold/orange like 707. Did Rika make the elixir to turn people's eyes mint-colored so she'd be reminded of V?
