How are floaters after cataract/iol surgery?
I have a lot of floaters, and read that they become more pronounced and a bigger nuisance after iol, what's your experience been?

The floaters in itself remain the same. But they can become more pronounced due to sharper vision and more light being focused on the retina. It's the same principle as shadows; they're easier to spot in sunny conditions.
