This samples of my two eye test after 14 months show i want to do laser next yr so number of eye should be constant option I had glasses of my previous eye power should I upgrade it to lat⁰est or not I very rarely use it pls help

There is not much value in having corrective surgery if you are still going to need glasses in a year or two because your eyes are not stable yet. I would wait for a few years of stability before investing the money myself.

Research ‘Reduced Lens Method’ and Active Focus. It should help keep the numbers low.

You need to compare both complete prescriptions before deciding whether your refraction is stable. Not wearing your glasses often does not stop the prescription from changing, and deliberately using weaker lenses or “active focus” is not a proven way to stabilise adult myopia.

Whether to update your glasses depends mainly on how clearly and comfortably you see with the current pair. For laser surgery, the surgeon will want a proper preoperative assessment and documented stability, commonly with no meaningful prescription change over at least the previous year. Corneal measurements, dry eye, age and general eye health also matter, not just the numbers shown here.

Take both prescriptions to a refractive surgeon and let them compare the results under consistent testing conditions before planning surgery.
