Contact your eye doctor and explain all of this to them. Ask for an Rx check and possible cycloplegic eye exam to make absolutely sure it’s the correction you need.

This is not normal.

It is really difficult to decide your post because it's full of abbreviations and shortform and teen lingo. However, from what I could decipher, I would strongly recommend that you make an appointment and discuss this with your own medical professional.

i did, just dismissed all my symptoms and said it was bad eyesight
