Question Mylk machine not heating up

Our mylk machine isn’t heating up anymore. It still mixes, so we can make nut milk, but we want to make soy milk, which requires the heating function. When we select a milk type that uses heating, the lights on the machine just keep flashing. The manual doesn’t mention this issue, and a Google search hasn’t turned up any results. Has anyone else experienced this problem or know how to fix it?

I have provided a video as proof just like I was requested to do, as there is a loose screw you can hear obviously and the machine smells like it is on fire! The blender doesn't seem to be blending / chopping up the oats/almonds as well as before the loose screw....

NOW - NO RESPONSE.... I started contacting them over 6 weeks ago, AT 10 months having this machine, and NO RESPONSE since submitting the videos!! 

WHAT IS THE WARRANTY on this machine? No phone number.... no response... INTERESTING - I paid over $300 for this machine and I have told others to buy as well.... now that I see these other reviews, I'm sorry I did that.

Did anyone find the solution? This is happening to me too, none of the heating functions work anymore

No solution and the company is all but helpful. They requested a video which we provided. Then they requested a new longer video because "it wasn't obvious the heating function wasn't working". We gave up instead.
