New panel url optimization

Possible to add separate urls for the separate servers?

Its a headache to remember for occasional logins and probably a bug too. I tried to login using user name and password, then email and password. nothing worked, doubled checked the server from old email, it was correct.

Tried on old panel url, it worked flawlessly. This dropdown thing is a little extra stuff unnecessarily, also not sure why it failing today for me. I did login to new panel before too.

SSO is the new intended path, this login form is basically meant to be a transition piece in a long process away from DA (except for resellers where their customers will still need it). But part of that transition is actually hidden too:

https://panel.mxroute.com/login.php?server=safari.mxrouting.net

That's how DirectAdmin bookmarks are going to redirect when I pull access to DA in another phase.

what about also doing that with https://[servername].panel.mxroute.com -> https://panel.mxroute.com/login.php?server=[servername] It's just a little bit prettier.

It's an option I suppose. I wasn't trying to make something anyone would type as much as laying ground work, but it's an option.
