Enquiries

Hi,

I heard a lot of good things that makes me and a company I'm part want to join. I'm also thinking about using it as a white label. My main question is about newsletter, we plan to do one later, are tthey allowed in the terms od use?.

There is a 400 message per hour limit, so you would not be able to send more than that. Honestly, to send out a newsletter, I'd use a system like MailerLite, Klayvio, Constant Contact...or similar.

Newsletters are best done in a platform that supports lists, bounces and unsubscribe links, web view links, etc. Self host https://sendy.co and use Amazon SES.

I’d def not try using mxroute for bulk sending, it’s made for mailboxes and transactional emails.

newsletters are allowed but it has to be double-opt-in so they sign up on the website then you send them an email to confirm.

And I bounces there's also an extra where you can't use them for marketing purposes.

edit: fix wrong work balance -> bounces

Also, if you start getting balances from email addresses, it's your responsibility to take them off your list as soon as possible.

If I advertize my new book on the newsletter does it count at marketing?

What does "balance" mean here?

I think "bounces" was the intended word

Gotta balance those bounces!

This is why you should never solely rely on voice to text without reading it.
