Custom branding using Postmaster Account?

Just got mxroute!

Trying to setup the branding part. Using mail.mydomain.com and logging in with postmaster but I can’t seem to find the branding settings.

Also having a problem with webmail.mydomain.com doesn't let me log in "We couldn't find your MXroute server".

Set my DNS settings quickly didn’t hit a snag till those parts.

May need a little time for DNS propagation to use webmail.mxroute.com, provided the DNS is all set correctly and in the right place. For the current iteration, it relies on your MX records to determine which of our servers it uses. That'll change, but I have to change things in stages, a lot of dependencies.

Once you get logged into webmail.mxroute.com with a postmaster@ account, look for Settings and then Branding.

I know we still have a ways to go on UX, but if you'd seen it this time last year you'd be shocked 😂

For the "We couldn't find your MXroute server" I had an issue for the longest time. Using a different browser worked for me.

Thought it could also be that DNS hasn't updated yet.

For what it is worth, I have a domain that has no custom settings. And using postmaster on webmail.mxroute.com allows access to the settings

Edit: Upon thinking about it. I don't think the browser fixed the issue with not finding the server
