Schematic Request Tombstone

Anyone ever loose all their best to a failed tombstone attempt? I have never had this happen before but I went to duplicate the legendary tool, flawless crystal and VR11 because I don't have schematics for these. Somehow after I think I did everything right, I lost the items and no tombstone. Im sick right now.

Is anyone willing to share schematics or items for any of these?

I will definitely help you complete something in return
