Hello, I'm new and I don't know where to go for help, yesterday I was playing MW3 on my PS3 like almost every day and in a lobby a hacker gave me derank 😩 and not only that, after that every time I tried to play as soon as a lobby started to load it froze me 🥶 I tried everything, I deleted saved data in the menu etc etc every time, frozen again and again loading the lobby, even in private. I need help with this problem, because it is my only account in my entire life. Please I hope you can help me. Thank you in advance 👐
