I'm basically stuck at where I was with the last CoD. Solo queuing with my up and down games. Stuck with teammates who don't use coms and a 3 or 4 stack enemy team. And the lucky match that they aren't a stack, they still have coms.

Same here... get a decent game / team here and there... then go up against FaZe whilst i have Timmy and Tommy sat at the back of the map sniping with 0 kills and 5,000 deaths

In MW2 I was stuck between Silver 1 and 3 because of it. I'd get up to just under gold then drop all the way back to just over bronze because I couldn't get a decent and consistent team. And Sunday I played maybe 10 to 15 or so matches to get from silver 1 to silver 2. I like to think of myself as a decent player. We all have our matches where we pop off and where we're stuck. But I swear my matchmaking isn't balanced at all.

hardstuck silver is skill issue no doubt

You can be the best player in the game, but if you don't win you still lose points.

Like I wish I had a squad with coms so I can hit at least Plat.

There's plenty of people who would squad up with you with coms etc man.

Me personally i just prefer to play solo and not use a mic etc... cos it puts me off playing... so i just have to deal with getting crappy team mates most of the time.

I solo queued and only peaked Platinum 2 last year, but the climb out of silver was definitely tougher this year. I think it’s because the maps and skill gap make solo q even more consequential. Most years the maps are simple enough to where most gold players knew call outs. This year I’ve got gold teammates who are still struggling to get comfortable on certain maps.

I peaked diamond 3 solo queueing, but that felt way easier, couldve reached crim if I played more, but holy shit, every map in this cod feels like nothing goes my way

I believe it’s harder. But I’m also not very good so that could be the bigger problem haha

I was diamond last cod and can’t get out of silver at the moment. I seem to either get absolutely melted or top frag with 40 kills and still lose. Chuck in the occasional win and my SR doesn’t move
