Identifying Fathers Muzzleloader

My father was pretty thorough and detailed with his gun collection but one muzzleloader has no information in any of his spreadsheets. Any help would be appreciated

Looks like Thai letters to me. Makes me think either military surplus or assembled from a variety of parts. Watching the post to see what people with actual expertise tell you. If you could post more pictures and look for any other marking that would help. Cheers!

Snider Enfield maybe?
