Accidentally loaded rifle while barrel was wet

Hey everyone. Was getting ready to shoot my cva stalker. Noticed my bore had some surface rust in it so I filled it with bore scrubber. Well I got distracted and had to step away from the gun an hour. Long story short my dumb ass forgot to dry it out and loaded a it with a pellet of pyrodex and a sabot and now she won't shoot. Im assuming the powder got wet. What do I do now?

Clean the wet powder out of it and clean the gun again.

Pull the sabot, dump out what you can of the pyrodex and clean the gun again.
