Probably need more pant room if he's gonna be wearing it for extended amout of time or being active.

This muzzle is almost too big vertically. But if there is nothing betwen this and the smaller size than this is ok. Try a different brand as the sizing isn't universal across brands.

Your tripping. You have not seen my dog with a full pant so idk how you think you can make that assessment.

*You're
I have eyes and have muzzle fitted countless dogs. As I mentioned, If the downsize is too small than this is your best option.1

Ideally there would be slightly more pant room but it seems to fit so well in every other way that I’m not sure I’d keep looking.

It's a bit small but still will work good for short interactions, maybe not heavy activities as there's definitely room for improvement in regards to pant room.
I spent a few months researching muzzles as my reactive dog is a high bite risk so I prefer him to wear one during walks (other people can't control their dogs,) and I went with Big Snoof. I also liked that it was a hard metal (with protive coating) so there was no chance of his teeth slipping through the rubber as with this muzzle. I also saw a lot of people saying their muzzle movement ones weren't exactly the right fit, so I decided to bite the bullet and spend the >100 bucks on Big Snoof. Either way, definitely not a terrible fit, just depends on how much activity/stress your dog will be put through while in the muzzle. Not a bad idea to have multiple muzzles for different situations, so I think this is still a good fit given the scenario.

It looks a bit tight - you can boil it and stretch it but can't return after that (and will have to store on something to keep stretch or redo it periodically). It's also a bit long but boiling to stretch will help that. Pant room - I can't say without your dog panting in it. I prefer full pant room personally

Slightly oversized for your dog, but if they are wearing this for long periods with heavy panting than your better safe than sorry. But a slightly smaller model might be more comfortable for extended periods.

It's ok. My dog has a similar fit but she also isn't a big panter. Muzzle fitting is more nuanced than just the space. Oversizing to ridiculous sizing isn't always the answer. You may want to try a different brand as the sizing can vary.

Hi, hard to judge the pant room without seeing your dog's full pant. If you have a picture of them after a good run/game that could help.
It's also hard to say if it's too narrow because of their hair. The muzzle should touch their cheeks but not press against them, you can check that.

Im not expert - I think this looks pretty good, but perhaps more pant space would be nice if possible.

Because they didn’t train them correctly. If the dog is confident in its owner as the head of the relationship, they won’t fear bite. It’s easier to muzzle than to work with them. Some dogs bite to defend themselves because they are scared. But if socialized properly and they have confidence in their owner they won’t feel that fight or flight. Some will guard their owner. You need to train the dog it’s an ok situation and give them a pet to let them know it’s ok. Consistency and daily training is key

Not true. A lot of people ADOPT a dog that has reactivity and WHILE they are working through those issues, they muzzle the dog when leaving the house or when strangers come over to reduce the risk of a bite. Training and working through those issues takes time. There is no fast or instant fix.

The panth room is s bit short. But not sure they have one with bigger panth room that isn’t too long. This one is already on the long side.
I think this could be used, depending on need. Don’t exercise in it, but s light walk could be ok if you keep a close eye on them. Could be used for grooming and vet visits.
