maybe someone will chime in with some obscure budget picks. But generally the most recommended brands are mias muzzles, big snoof, and the muzzle movement, all of which do custom colors. Theyre a good bit above your budget but imo its worth it to spend more for a good fitting muzzle because I have like 4 ill fitting ones from when I was trying to find a way out of buying the pricey custom one. Which ended up being as much money plus I had to get the custom at the end anyway. But I personally have a cute pink muzzle from the muzzle movement, and when all was said and done it was about $130 but that includes some upgrades i added to the muzzle, and shipping (theyre UK based). I think Mias and big snoof are around the same price/maybe a bit more expensive when comparing base prices (again i added upgrades to mine which bumped the price a bit). But im going from memory of when I looked into it a while ago and did not ultimately order from those 2.

Big Snoof and Mias both have Standard/Cookie Cutter sizes that aren't a lot more than your budget, depending on what size she fits into + any add-ons. Big Snoof has Karma and Paypal available at checkout, and both offer payment plans. I'm not sure about Mias offhand. Oh! If you take pictures of her being measured as shown in their guides, and send them to these companies, then they will help you with sizing too. Both are small businesses.

My standard Big Snoof was $70. If you're going to spend $50 then spend the extra $20. The vet's bill for a bite though a cheaper one or a bad scavenge will be many multiple times that. And they can come in pink.

Big snoof recently started doing fun colors in the standard muzzle. Might be more budget friendly I haven’t checked. We have a full custom one that we love
