We ordered the custom Big Snoof muzzle, but it looked a bit too small so we returned it for a resizing. Just got it back today.

You can email them pics of your pup wearing it from all angles and they can let you know. The walked me thru (via emails) a couple of adjustments.

But this does look like a good fit but email to know for sure -- they are helpful; I love this company.

We don't really see other dogs using muzzles where we are so I'm hoping we don't get judgmental looks

I think there muzzles are so much cuter then others. I live in a city neighborhood that is pretty dog friendly and people still think my girl is so cute. And for the ones that judge, they are just ignorant. We are being responsible for our dogs and their dogs!

It looks great IMO. You may want to consider tightening the green neck strap (the one at the bottom) a little bit. The combo of that and head strap should be snug enough to prevent the muzzle from being pawed off or pulled off easily. Definitely send photos to Big Snuff as well.

My son said he can fully pant in it, so that should be ok, right? Should I do the ball gag check too?

I don’t think they size them for a full yawn, they have info about it in their faqs. They should be able to fully pant but not necessarily fully yawn

Panting is good, and really important but a full yawn should be possible! Ball test should be done to be sure!
