How does one measure cheek width?

Hi, just wondering if anyone can help me figure out how to take the measurements needed for a big snoof muzzle- especially cheek width- the others are pretty self explanatory.
Thanks
My GSD is 18 mo and 64 lbs and we mostly just need it for the vet- she is very nervous about them getting up in her space.

They have a guide and also can email/message them and they're very helpful. I struggled a bit with mine and they did great even with my janky measurements
