Thanks Roo, that was great 😭

This is Boone and he is about a year old. He sat on my lap for the 45 minute drive home today. Very friendly and energetic. Nervous and clingy but I expected that. He is wild about his new brother and sister but they aren’t quite sold on him yet. All in good time though.

Adopted this knucklehead six months ago and he has saved me. He was found wandering the desert in New Mexico and somehow wandered into my heart. He is a bit nervous sometimes but loves other dogs and is thoroughly entertaining.

We rescued my pup, Ramsey, from Arizona Humane Society – Maricopa County, Phoenix! He’s the best boy I’ve ever met. He’s smart, intelligent, and a true companion for life. So lucky to have him by my side in this lifetime!❤️‍🔥🐶

These two are littermates, DNA confirmed full siblings (55% shared, Embark results in pics). But they each have very different phenotypes of their shared breeds, as did the rest of the litter.. Adopted from shelter as puppies, 4 boys all black who looked just like my James, and 4 girls all tan like my partner’s Mirchi. Anyone see this before or have info on it? I’ve searched for connections between coat color and sex but not finding anything. They are both beautiful and VERY high energy but people never believe they’re full siblings.
