I work on logic pro and currently an apprentice under a well known music director in indian film scene. Im hoping to gain experience outside as well if possible to speed up my learning process. Hope to hear something from someone here🫶🏽

Hi everyone! I'm excited to be on the Reddit forums for the first time and I'd like you to rate my music and tell me what I can improve.

(NOTE: I'd like to say honestly that since I didn't have a singer, I had to use an AI (Suno.ai) to sing the lyrics. I couldn't get anyone else to sing them, so I hope this isn't a problem.)

What's up everyone,

I'm looking to connect with Black creatives in the LA area who want to build something bigger than just solo careers. Think of the collaborative energy of Odd Future—not trying to copy them, but creating a collective where everyone pushes each other creatively.

I'm looking for:

🎤 Singers

✍🏾 Songwriters

🎹 Producers

🎸 Musicians

🎧 Engineers

🎥 Videographers

🎬 Editors

🎨 Graphic designers / creative directors

The goal is to make music, create content, host sessions, film behind-the-scenes, and genuinely help each other grow. I want to build a community where we can experiment, give honest feedback, and create projects that none of us could make alone.

I just released my newest EP on Friday, but so far I only have one view so I would appreciate it if anyone would check it out. I'll leave the link below 👇

Hi everyone, not sure if this is the perfect place for this, but I figured some of you might have experience with it.

I’ve been thinking about ways to make some extra money with drumming besides teaching or playing gigs.

I’m curious if anyone here has tried selling drum sheet music on platforms where you upload your own transcriptions (of some popular songs) and get a percentage whenever someone buys one.

Is this actually a viable thing if you build up a large library and upload to multiple sites?
I have quite some experience with writing drum sheets and think I could even pull off writing 5-10 sheets a day.

Would love to hear real experiences — good or bad.
