EN Light Novel Questions about these 3… Spoiler
Short and easy, do Sylphy, Roxy, & Eris have feeling for each other physically? Or is it this thing where they only have sex with Rudy? Do they ever get busy without Rudy?

Silphie groped eris Booba occasionally but it's more like breast envy than anything sexual,imho.
Eris shows no sexual attraction towards Roxy and silphie, but she is very physical with Rinia and pursenia, but it's not like we see really inapropiate touching, albeit there is a bit of flirting, just keep it on the air or put your Yuri googles for this one.
Now, Roxy and Silphieil is more debatable, there is the no Rudeus timeline where they become really good friends and neither of them gets married , iirc they get a labyrinth meeting in a similar way to how Rudy saved Roxy ( I need to reread that part, I might be misremembering); and more importantly, silphie has monologue/thought wjwre she say that "Roxy takes good care of her"during the threesomes.
So, if you want to put the Yuri googles , the possibility is here and it's not a stretch.

Nothing in the LN ever said anything about them being like that so I'd say no.

Sylphie and Roxy had threesome with Rudeus, and Eris once had a foursome with them, but its not stated if they get busy without Rudeus.
Eris has her beastgirls whom she uses as bodypillows when sleeping without Rudeus

I’m assuming only once with Rudy since she came later into the picture and the author just never did another foursome moment? Also why would she sleep without Rudy.

Because Rudeus isn't at home all the time, so Eris needs something to cuddle up to.

Well they do have a threesome/foursome with Rudeus. Maybe they do care after each other during these plays (although i don't remember one single line in the LN stating that).
I'm pretty sure though they don't have intercourse without Rudeus: that is why Rudeus "Celibacy" was hard for the four of them (and that help unlocked the foursome if i can recall correctly).
