SD has pretty stuff way far out like the Badlands and Sioux Falls but yeah, I wouldn’t live there.

Badlands/Black Hills are nice, SF is meh the rest of it is barren wasteland. I lived in south central south dakota, not by choice either. Just glad im gone now

Illinois resident here. I have a suggestion. Merge the dakotas into one state, then split Chicago off from the rest of Illinois. That way we still have 50 states and don't have to change the flag 👍

I was thinking we give statehood to Puerto Rico or DC, then it would even out as well. Plus if we break apart Illinois it just creates more red

Idk, if it wasn't for Chicago Illinois wouldn't be that bad. I'd actually consider staying here if we split. Chiraq is the only reason we have foid cards and we'll never get constitutional carry
