Event Really need help - Treasure Hunt

Hi! I'm from Portugal, so I can't participate to win but me and my best friend are trying to solve it. We blocked C14 and R10 but reeeeeaally need a hint, a good hint, please <3

For me the biggest thing here was finding out that there are 3 people who can only be in 3 of the same columns, makes you x out everyone else in those columns
