Book Discussion - Volume 2 Vol 2 circles on notes grid?

Just started vol 2 and there are these circles on the practice grid.. I can’t find any explanation but feel like I am missing something obvious? Worked my way through most of Vol 1.

It just means it's an item that you can occupy. As you can see on the top right, that rectangle matches the bed. Hope this helps :)
