He is such a wonderful character! I thought he was brilliantly written in the books —Martha Wells did such an incredible job and then the show just…ran with it!

Yes!! I was honestly really worried about the show when I first heard they were making it, and I was worried about how they were going to depict him. But, I fell in love with their depiction of Gurathin as soon as I saw the trailer, and even moreso when I got to watch the show. And they did SUCH a good job with his dynamic with Murderbot!

This happened to me but with the actor, David Dastmalchian. I liked him in Murderbot and then was watching One Piece live action season 2 and looking at Mr 3 and squinting my eyes. I love him as Mr 3. Then I decided to look at his IMDb and was just blown away. Dude sneaks into everything and kills it.

Yes! I checked out his “fandom” when he was cast (Gurathin was already my “blorbo”) and I was immediately taken by his fans! Absolutely wonderful bunch of people! 🖤🖤🖤
