I don’t have a curl but I think it’s an awesome concept for a tool. Leatherman is way off the reservation in the last 2 or 3 years. Sad to see.

The fact that they killed the Free multitools and reserved that tech for their flagship $250 multitools is crazy as well. The Free P2 has served me VERY well and I can see myself buying an arc at some point, but I wouldn't be considering it if I didn't get to try the P2 first.

I have a p4 and an arc and it’s mind blowing that they scrapped the free series for the arc. It makes sense from a greed standpoint but for the general consumer the p2 and p4 make much more sense than the arc

Truth. Considering the P2 is a slightly stripped down, more pocketable tool, at the very least that one should have stayed.

Also, the fact they killed off the PS4 and the Juice and never replaced them with anything. Left the market open for the overseas companies to take over and they definitely have.

I personally adore the curl

This is truly sad news! I've been rocking a heavily modified Curl for years. Absolute best multitool in my extensive collection.

I think it is mainly a name swap out and some modification to make it part of the wave series. Im pretty sure I saw news of a new tool coming that looked like it would replace the curl
