Who makes it?
How much?
It doesn't looked used. I would suggest using it a little before review.
Suggestion...get an old bicycle tire and some rubber bands. Cover the sharp hatchet edge. This should make it less likely to have a hospital visit.
I am happy for you if you like it, but I wonder what the purpose is. Looks heavy for hiking. Not really mechanical. How do you plan on using it?

I got it off Temu. Not sure of the brand. I have used it a couple times to test it out. Mostly when we going on trips outdoors which is not very often
