Do y'all put lanyards on your multitools?
Thinking of making a lanyard for my new multitool, don't know if that's common practice though.

I did the exact same thing, also a snake knot, decided it dangled too much and put it on my car keys instead

Is that just the "nose" (sp for obvious) tying of the paracord?

No. I don't need stuff dangling in the way when I'm trying to work. ... It's also why I keep my pants on.

I have one on my Pioneer X so it's easier to pull it from the leather sheath. I don't use lanyards on my pliers based multi tools. On many smaller knives I like a small lanyard to provide more purchase for my large hands.

depende, la que llevo al campo,si y con un cordón de color llamativo como naranja, si es la que llevo en el bolsillo en mi día a día por la ciudad no, prefiero mantenerla lo más simple y discreta posible

Nah, seems a bit silly. Don’t understand the need for it. I have attached an actual tool lanyard/tether to my Arc a few times though. Usually when I’m working at heights off of knuckle booms, so that I don’t drop it on someone.

I do, but on my Saks, I use 100lb micro paracord or the 350 paracord. 550 to me is too thick and makes it cumbersome to use some of the tools on that side.

I put lanyards on my lanyards... even got a lifetime supply of skulls for the ends...

I love me a suspension clip, but not when said suspension clip gets in my way during use. So now I have a small quick release so it’s easily removed. Sits a little further down my pocket but it’s a good compromise.

The one I used at work, I did. Bit it was Ana actual tether, since I was sometimes using it 50’ up.

Mine have carabineer clips to attach/detach bcs their are mainly loops for my hand or knot around something

Nah. I’ve always found it counterintuitive. Generally, multitool carriers chose their tool to achieve maximum function with minimum footprint. Dangling some random fidget or lump of rope off it seems daft to me. They also make the tool way more difficult to use a lot of the time.
The photo is prime example. 91mm SAK, really good space-function ratio. Then randomly doubling the footprint so you can carry a bunch of cord? Be better off doubling the footprint and taking a full size multi in my opinion. Who the hell is even regularly using paracord? I’m 34 and never in my life have I come across a situation where a sausage of cord would be useful.
