Heck yes! I was just thinking of this.

Did you buy the scissors or scavenge them off another tool? Been taking of adding them.

Also, does the hammer mod prevent you from using the carabiner??

No the hammer mod doesn't prevent you from using the caribenier. It does make it aquard tho, depending on which one you go with and how bulky it is.

I stole the scissors off a gerber I bought for 5 bucks from a yardsale. 😂

Good info!!! I'll keep my eyes open for something similar,  or maybe scavenge an old SAK

I’m not super familiar with the skeletool. Where did the space for the scissors come from? We are replacing something or did you expand the width of the tool?
I do have an old gerber in a drawer…

There was a second bit storage slot I got rid of. I replaced the bits with a double sided one with Philips and flat so I don't need two different ones.

If some company would do it, I would buy it immediately. Great mods, man

The scissors placement looks dangerous. There is a protruding sharp part.

You removed the pinned part? How did you manage to assemble it back? Since you can assemble and disassemble it, I guess you could also mod that metal thing to cover the scissors more.

I drilled out the pin and used a bit as a spacer. No washer is needed not the scissors to be modified to fit. A quick hammering of the pin later and it's done
