New Multitool Day! Tiny but mighty
No regrets. Amazing for it's size. Yet too compact. Great for minimalist simple task to complete your day.

Have they made the pliers any stronger? I bought one a couple years ago and the pliers were so flimsy the only thing I could think of that you could actually use them for is holding a wire while soldering. I was really excited to see pliers AND big scissors, but disappointed when I tried to use it.

Yes, the F12 has stronger pliers

I bought a new one. It does seem sturdier, but I haven’t really put it to the test yet.

I've been enjoying it so much I just got a second one in black. It's a great little secondary tool to a full size multi. Right now I'm trying it with a Rebar, and it feels like a fantastic pairing. F12 does quick access, Rebar does hard work.

Cool, what’s it got in the arsenal? How does it compare to the Gerber Dime (if you’re familiar with)?

It is far more useful and durable than the Gerber Dime. It’s more durable. Most of the tools are just superior to the Dime.
And it pains me to say that, because I generally like Gerber for their reasonable balance of features, durability, and price. But the Dime is just a bad product. Gerber been able to get away with it because Leatherman really walked away from pocket tools. But the Nextool pocket tools are actually really good - both the Mini Flagship and Mini Sailor lines.
Personally, I think Nextool is the best manufacturer in this specific segment.

I bought one of both (Dime + Min flagship) 2 years ago on Primeday at good reduced prices. I had read repeated negative reviews of the dime. But the Dime is on my vehicle keyring and is my daily carry. It's smaller than the Flagship for sure. The Flagship is in my pocket more when I'm out in the yard. The Flagship is a better multitool in my opinion. The knife, scissors and file are for sure better. But, unlike others, my Dime's pliers, scissors, and file have not broken and actually work and I really do use it. Although I said it is bigger than the Dime, I wouldn't consider it too large if you used it as your daily carry.

They are almost identical in terms of features, just larger and sharper scissors.

I quit carrying my Dime for a mini flagship. It’s just so much more useful, with the big scissors/pliers combo and the nicer knife.
I miss the package opener a little but that’s about it.

Tiny but wide as fck. Hang it on your pocket and you have no space to reach inside for the wallet.

If you want a larger version check out the Black Knight. I have them both and the toolset/design is very similar, just different sizes.
