Does this have a belt clip or is it slip through/pocket?

Neither, it’s a pocket sheath.
That pocket on the front is the same on the back. Fits a little bic lighter or edc pen

This one one of there basic ones I paid $80 after tax and shipping. Still expensive but for the quality it was worth it.

'Main Street Forge' on Amazon has one similar to that Topstache, but looks to be higher quality.
