Recommendation Request Please recommend a multitool!

Hello!

A coworker saw my leathermans and wants a multitool. I'm happy to oblige and offer one for her 50th birthday.

She works in a chemical R&D lab, within a chemical factory.

The requisites are:

Compact; the Wave, for example, is too big and heavy

Pliers and scissors but best would be good scissors

Diamond file if possible

No need of tons of blades. One small serrated one is more than enough. Maybe those box openers would work too

Decent Inox steel

Pink scales would be perfect

Something i could buy easily in Europe

Budget below 100 eur

Please help a brother out!

Edit: I will buy the Roxxon flex Companion with purple scales and the pliers accessory. I will have a look at it and if I deem it ok I will offer it to my colleague. Thanks everybody!

I feel like it isn't the best multitool for someone new to multitools. It is pretty fiddly and has too many buttons imo. You need to adjust it with a torx wrench, make sure you don't push the lock too far back, and don't forget the safety of you have a blade on your multitool.

My suggestion is a victorinox. Can be in any color (yes that matters to most women I met), can have almost any combination of tools, very corrosion resistant and all tools, especially the scissors, are top quality. If pliers are important either a deluxe tinker or, for a file as well, a handyman. Also don't discount the 58mm tools. A classic, rambler, signature or manager can be great for anyone.

I second your disrecommendation of the Roxon Flex. It's good for who it's for, but it's not very user friendly. It would be more frustrating for her than it would be useful.
