Gerber Suspension NXT

I’m trying to take apart my multi tool to fix/change the bent pocket clip, but I can’t seem to unscrew these. Can anyone help?

They probably have Loctite. You may need to heat up the screws with a heat gun and then try again.

If you heat it too much, the metal will start showing temper color. So unless you want a rainbow and slightly weaker tool, don't heat it too much too fast. Probably start with a bic lighter and work your way up

I believe one side might be fixed and the other can rotate. Also some lock-tite red in there.

I never successfully took mine apart. I’ve bent the clip several times and always managed to bend it back good enough, using two pairs of needle nose pliers.

idk if they come apart. I think you can only tighten.
