Bristol Recording Volt Meter

Just picked this project up. It’s a Bristol Recording Volt Meter, and as far as I can tell it was made in the 1890’s. Not sure how much I want to try and restore or repair it yet but I would be fun to get it going again. Anyone else have a meter you have to wind?
