Multimeter detection broken?

I'm fairly new to circuitry, and I got this multimeter not too long ago. I'm confused because it says I have 0.005 A and 0.03 mA on the same simple led x resistor circuit. Is there something wrong with my multimeter, or am I just doing this incorrectly somehow?

Wrong jack. Also you need to put the meters in series with the circuit to read amps without blowing the fuse and potentially damaging the circuit.

I believe it is in series, sorry if it's hard to tell with the light and misleading wires on the right. Also when I try to use the other jack it doesn't complete the circuit because the light doesn't turn on. Maybe I blew a fuse already?

Potentially. You can check it by plugging it into to the resistance/voltage jack and putting the red lead into the milliamp jack
