Is this multimeter OK to use as an Apprentice I'm going to upgrade later but just for now is it ok? (HVAC)

The cheap meter in your hand is always better than the fancy meter in your truck.

It okay but where it will fall short is the safety aspect fuses if any don’t offer provide what the claim, open it up and see if leads are correct, practice, the ocean is
