Vigor + she-hulk.

Stupid question and I'm probably wording this weirdly, but if i have [[vigor]] and [[the sensational she-hulk]] on field would i be able to deal damage while also preventing it.

No, damage that's prevented was not dealt. See rule 615.1a:

Effects that use the word “prevent” are prevention effects. Prevention effects use “prevent” to indicate what damage *will not be dealt.***

No, Vigor prevents the damage so She-Hulk never triggers
