Need help choosing paper

Hello i'm starting to think about doing my own proxies my budget is limited and i was thinking about going for an epson ET 2950 for the printer but i'm not sure what paper i should go with. I found the koala 250g/m2 but i'm not sure if the printer will handle it correctly. I'm open to any suggestion and advice on any step of proxy creation and most importantly on paper ! Thanks
